Former Broward sheriff's deputy, Raymond Hicks, detailed his challenging upbringing in this VladTV interview. Born and raised in one of Broward County's most dangerous areas, Franklin Park, Hicks recounts instances of illegal activities, including drug transactions, killings, robberies, and burglaries, occurring on a regular basis. Despite his experiences, he eventually became a decorated member of law enforcement for the Broward County Sheriff's Office. However, after discovering and reporting corruption within the department, Hicks' former co-workers retaliated against him in a number of ways, which included multiple arrests and being placed in general population with inmates he arrested.
