In this clip, Ali revealed his passion for mentorship and the large impact it plays in his life. He disclosed that he is the youngest of seven siblings, mentioning his family’s adherence to Elijah Muhammad’s philosophies, which involved adhering to a specific diet. His upbringing taught him to value education and help others become their best selves. Ali believes his influence as a mentor is a responsibility he needs to take seriously, as he influences the people around him. His mentoring extends beyond artistic instruction, incorporating life lessons, dietary advice, and mental health guidance into his teachings as well. Ali added how his mentorship extended into the dynamic of the St. Lunatics and how his lifestyle has changed since the group's run.
