Previously, rapper YFN Lucci was offered a 20-year plea deal in his racketeering case. The deal would have required Lucci to serve 17 out of the 20 years in prison. However, Lucci and his legal team passed on the deal. Now, a new photo of Lucci behind bars has surfaced.
While previously speaking on the deal, Lucci’s lawyer Drew Findling said the offer was “absurd.” Other attorneys for Lucci said “Despite the obstacles consistently placed in the way of Mr. Bennett’s constitutional right to a speedy and fair trial, we continue to be ready and prepared to defend these false allegations.” Stay tuned for more updates.
