By most accounts, Claressa Shields is the top-ranked female boxing in the world. As of now, the only other fighters who could rival the "GWOAT" in terms of professional boxing record and accolades might be Amanda Serrano (42-2-1) or Chantelle Cameron (18-0), but their discrepancies in weight class make it highly unlikely they'll ever square up in the ring. However, when it comes to doing battle with a member of the opposite sex, Claressa has made it quite clear in recent weeks that she would be willing to move down in her weight class for an inter-gender fight with a big name like Keith Thurman (32-1) who weighs in around 147. While Thurman half-heartedly agreed to fight her in a charity bout, the WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO Champion recently shared that she previously graced the ring with the #4 boxer in the men's lightweight division, Shakur Stevenson (20-0) behind closed doors. According to Claressa, during her sparring session with Shakur, she landed a body shot with such force that it caused him to take her punches seriously.
