A 71-year-old Florida man was arrested after being caught spying on his neighbor while she was in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the man was pantless during the ordeal.
Authorities say the man, David Lee Henning, snuck into the neighbor's backyard around 5 AM as she got ready for work. Bodycam footage shows the moment responding officers pounced on the septuagenarian voyeur. This wasn't the first time he's allegedly done this. The woman reportedly told police earlier in the week that Hennings would sneak into her yard and spy on her in the mornings.
“When detectives interviewed Henning, he admitted to regularly entering the victim’s yard and watching her through the window because he was curious and sexually motivated to see her naked,” Sergeant Amanda Sinni said.
He was charged with voyeurism and two counts of burglary and is currently being held at the Pinellas County Jail.
