Barstool Sports creator Dave Portnoy has been doing one-bite pizza reviews for years, and a recent review at Dragon Pizza in Somerville, Massachusetts, has gone viral.
In the video, Portnoy takes one bite of the pizza, looks into the camera, and states, "This pizza is trash." He gave the pizza a 6.4 out of 10 rating, and stated that the slice was a "floppy mess."
The owner of the pizza shop then steps outside to tell Portnoy that he didn't didn’t "appreciate what you do, coming in and judging a business in one bite." From there, Portnoy continues to defend his rating, and he even stopped people in the street to ask for their opinions.
Things got heated when the pizza shop owner returned outside to tell Portnoy to leave the premises, which led to an expletive filled back-and-forth between the two men. The owner told Portnoy, "Just go f*** yourself and the whole f***ing platform you’re on."
