Previously, Pras was approached by TMZ and asked about a Fugees reunion that would be taking place on Miss Lauryn Hill’s 25th-anniversary tour for ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.’ While speaking to the outlet, Pras revealed he didn’t know of the news until he found out via the media last week. Now, a lawyer for Pras has spoken on the comment, disputing the claim.
Erica Dumas—a lawyer for the Fugees rapper, said: “Contrary to TMZ, Pras Michel was well aware of the upcoming Fugees reunion tour.” Dumas continued saying, “He, Lauryn, and Wyclef have been in communication about this tour since early summer. As this is Ms. Hill’s tour, Pras respectfully deferred any public comment until her team was prepared to make the official announcement. He is thrilled to be reuniting with his Fugees partners and looks forward to celebrating their music with fans across the globe.
