Cam’Ron recently took to Instagram to reveal that Mase got his publishing back from Diddy. Cam made the revelation on Instagram a day after Mased finished the paperwork for the transfer. Now, more details have come out about Diddy giving back the publishing, noting that the mogul has given publishing back to past Bad Boy Records acts beyond Mase.
According to TMZ, Diddy reportedly had a 9-figure deal on the table where he was approached by a company that offered a massive amount for Bad Boy’s entire catalog. However, Diddy turned down the money and opted to give his past artists their publishing back. It was noted acts like The LOX, 112, Faith Evans, and the estate of the Notorious B.I.G. received a deal like Mase did.
