On August 31st, a convicted murderer named Danelo Cavalcante (34) scaled the prison walls of the Chester County Prison in West Chester, Pennsylvania, before making his way through razor-sharp wires, escaping the premises, and making the dash toward the woods. The predator was serving a life sentence for killing his ex-girlfriend. The Brazilian native is also wanted back in his home country for murder. His on-camera escape has sparked a manhunt involving Chester County Detectives, Pennsylvania State Police, and U.S. Marshalls. Although law enforcement has been notified of four sightings concerning Danelo's whereabouts, the convicted murderer has been on the run for an entire week.
