According to reports, rapper Desiigner is set to take a plea deal in his indecent exposure case stemming from him masturbating on board a flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis.
Desiigner, real name Royel Selby III, is set to enter a guilty plea today (Sept. 8) in agreement with a recommended sentence of 2 years probation, 120 hours of community service, a $5K fine, and a public apology to the flight attendants working his flight.
Since the incident, Desiigner has attended therapy/counseling and voluntarily submitted himself for drug testing. One note of leniency Desiigner's attorney is trying to relay to the judge is to avoid travel restrictions on the rapper so not to hinder his ability to perform as a professional musician. He is reportedly organizing a tour for 2023-24.
