Calboy spoke about being charged with aggravated battery. According to reports, the arrest was connected to an alleged assault in Georgia that left a man with severe injuries. Calboy, given no bond initially, mentioned that the case is still ongoing, hence refraining from explaining further details to avoid jeopardizing the case or providing material for prosecutors. He was later given a $28,000-$30,000 bond with which he complied. Despite the ongoing case, Calboy maintained his innocence and expressed his focus on protection and avoiding trouble.
