Polo G was recently supposed to drop his album ‘Hood Poet’ on September 15. However, the rapper faced a high-profile arrest as police raided his $5 million mansion. Now, the rapper has given a status update on his album, taking to Instagram to let fans and supporters know what’s up.
The rapper went on to say, “Wanted to Tap Back in & Let y’all kno imma be postponing my album drop til further notice…just gettin back on track from a minor set back I’ll be updating y’all and droppin new music soon Ik y’all been waitin on me & I appreciate the ones who show genuine support but it’ll be worth the wait I promise🖤💯.”
Via TMZ, sources close to the rapper noted that the album delay isn’t holding up his touring schedule, which will find him booked in Europe and Canada from October through December. Stay tuned for more updates.
