According to reports, the DA has decided not to go after YSL Polo for two counts of murder after he was initially charged with conspiracy to commit a crime last year. Therefore, YSL Polo is no longer a defendant in the YSL Rico case. The news comes about one week after Young Thug's lawyer, Brian Steel, asked for YSL Polo to be dropped from the case due to his bizarre behavior in the courtroom, during the trial. The 33-year-old is already serving a life sentence for the on-camera murder of Xavier Turner at the Old National Village Discount Mall in College Park.
