The Bratenahl Police Department in Ohio recently released dashcam and bodycam footage showing a high-speed chase involving a stolen vehicle. The driver, identified as 20-year-old Joseph Byron Littlejohn, taunted the police by doing donuts and enticing them to chase him. The incident occurred on September 11th in Bratton, just outside of Cleveland.
In the footage, Littlejohn can be seen driving recklessly, making multiple U-turns, and even dancing in his vehicle as officers watched on. The police later determined that the BMW he was driving had been stolen. Littlejohn continued to taunt the officers as they chased him, even driving on the wrong side of the road.
However, the chase came to a crashing halt when Littlejohn reversed into a patrol car and attempted to flee on foot. He was eventually captured by officers and taken into custody. A gun was later recovered from the stolen vehicle.
Littlejohn now faces multiple charges, including fleeing and eluding an officer and having a weapon under disability.
