Reginae revealed that her mother has always been cautious about her dating choices, particularly when it comes to rappers. Reginae admitted to dating a rapper, much to her mother's disapproval, but ultimately, Toya respected her choices. Toya then shared that she had tried to warn her daughter about the potential challenges of dating someone in the music industry, but she eventually trusted her daughter's judgment.
From there, Reginae acknowledged that she understands her mother's concerns and now, with more experience, she knows what she wants in a relationship. Toya also spoke about having reservations, but she did not say, "I told you so," and instead she supported her daughter's journey toward finding love.
