President Joe Biden has been facing backlash for comments he made during his speech to the Congressional Black Caucus. LL Cool J was in attendance, as he and MC Lyte received a Phoenix Award during the Caucus’ 52nd Annual Legislative Conference.
While speaking to the crowd, Biden said, “Two of the great artists of our time representing the groundbreaking legacy of hip hop in America, LL Jay Cool J, uhhh…” In an attempt to clean up the mess-up, Biden said: “By the way, that boy — that man’s got biceps bigger than my thighs.” Watch above.
