New York rapper Special Ed made waves on his sit-down with the Drink Champs crew, where he stated that "N.W.A. brought the age of destruction to our children and our culture."
As the clip made its way across social media, D.L. Hughley reposted it to his Instagram page, catching the attention of Xzibit. The "Don't Approach Me" rapper sent out a warning to Special Ed, writing, "Man, that’s my family tree right there. I don’t go out of my way to discourage people from expressing their opinions about hip hop, but fuck this shit. Special Ed you outta pocket. Don’t make it hard for yourself. We still active bro."
Bun B also commented, writing, "No drugs or guns in the hood or systemic oppression and racism and you don’t even get to NWA. Point the fingers in the right direction."
