A video has surfaced of a shocking incident that took place at a Jack in the Box drive-thru near IAH in March 2021. The footage shows a dispute between a family and an employee over missing curly fries, which escalates into a terrifying confrontation where the employee opens fire on the customers. No one was injured, but the incident has sparked legal action against the fast-food chain.

The video begins with Anthony Ramos, accompanied by his pregnant wife and six-year-old daughter, pulling up to the drive-thru window at the Jack in the Box. Alinea Ford hands over their food, but to their dismay, an order of curly fries was missing from the bag. When Ramos requests the missing item, Ford refuses, sparking an argument that goes back and forth for approximately nine minutes.

As the tension escalates, Ford walks away from the window twice before returning, engaging in a heated argument with Ramos. During one of her brief departures, Ford pulls out a gun from her pocket, checks it, and puts it back. Another employee attempts to intervene, but Ford returns, intensifying the argument. In a fit of anger, Ford starts throwing ketchup packets into Ramos' truck window, prompting him to retaliate.

The situation becomes increasingly dangerous when Ford unlocks the drive-thru window, points her gun directly at Ramos, and starts shooting as he speeds away. Fortunately, Ramos and his family escape unharmed, as none of the bullets hit their vehicle.

Following the incident, Ford was charged and convicted of deadly conduct. Recent documents reveal that her probation ended in June 2023. Ramos and his family have filed a lawsuit against Jack in the Box, and their attorney plans to discuss the latest developments in a press conference.
