According to an autopsy report obtained by TMZ, comedian DC Young Fly's fiancée, Jacky Oh, died due to complications from cosmetic surgery.
In May, Jacky, 32, underwent cosmetic surgery for a BBL, and she complained of having a headache after the surgery. She returned to the surgeon, where she decided to get a massage to help with the pain, and she was advised to stop taking a medication called Ondansetron for nausea.
The day after her surgery, Jacky complained that her head was burning up and she was having difficulty talking, so her aunt called 911. Jacky went unresponsive before the medical team assisted her, and she was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The autopsy revealed that Jacky had brain swelling and extensive skin bleeding around her torso.
