In recent weeks, Kansas City Cheifs star tight end Travis Kelce has been at the center of controversy for his romantic ties to Taylor Swift after having previously dated Black women like Maya Benberry and Kayla Nicole. Terrell Owens, another NFL great, recently went viral for depicting why he chose to date White women after he was ridiculed, mocked, and teased by Black females when he was growing up. Interestingly enough, NBA Hall of Famer, Dennis Rodman has a similar backstory when it comes to his preference for White women over Black women.
