A witness now claims that Orlando Anderson wasn’t the shooter in the 2Pac murder.

News of this comes after Anderson’s uncle Keefe D was arrested in connection to Tupac’s murder, with Davis being charged with “murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the intent to assist a criminal gang.”

The witness spoke to a Las Vegas grand jury and referenced another man named Deandre “Big Dre” Smith as the shooter. The witness said, “When [Keefe D] passed the firearm to Orlando, Orlando didn’t have a clear shot. Big Dre is six-six. At this time, he’s 370, 400 [pounds]. He’s big. And you’re not going to be able to lean over a big guy like that and get — I mean, my time of knowing things, doing — you’re not going to reach over like that because shells would have been popping all in Big Dre’s face and all kind of stuff. He can’t bend down or anything, he’s too big.

The witness then confirmed Smith was indeed the shooter before accusing Keefe D of ordering the hit on the late rapper. Stay tuned for more updates.
