According to reports, Grimes is suing Elon Musk over the parental rights of their three children.
Grimes (real name Claire Boucher) took to a California court on September 29 to file a “petition to establish parental relationship.” The move was done to identify the legal parents of their children since they are not married.
It was noted the filings were sealed and that Musk has yet to respond to the lawsuit. Along with that, Grimes hasn’t requested custody rights or child support.
