Three years ago, Soulja Boy (aka DeAndre Way) was sued by his ex-girlfriend, Kayla Myers, for an incident involving assault, battery, and her kidnapping. In April, a Judge ordered Soulja Boy to pay Kayla Myers $234,100 for her physical and mental pain along with an additional $236,000 in punitive damages.
Six months later, matters have only gotten worse for multi-platinum selling rapper. According to Rap Radar, a Judge recently gave Kayla Myers permission to collect her debt from Soulja Boy by seizing property, cash and belongings from his house in Los Angeles, California.
