YouTuber iShowSpeed was hospitalized after participating in the "elephant toothpaste" experiment went wrong.
The experiment involves mixing Hydrogen Peroxide, yeast, and dish soap to create a chemical reaction. While filming himself mixing the ingredients, iShowSpeed kept asking if he did it right, and a short time later, the chemical reaction began to cause fumes to fill the room.
iShowSpeed quickly started gasping for air and screaming that he couldn't breathe. In the live stream chat, fans were updated with a message that read: "Speed is currently with the firefighters. They're giving him oxygen so he can breathe. He should be fine guys."
iShowSpeed's cameraman later updated fans, telling them, "Speed is okay."
