Duane "Keefe D" Davis appeared in court for the first time since being arrested in the 2Pac murder case.
On Wednesday (October 4), Keefe D appeared before a judge, revealing that the lawyer he hired couldn't make it to the hearing. Keefe informed the judge that he needed a continuance for two weeks, which the judge granted.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson spoke about the court appearance, stating, "Today was the scheduled arraignment but he can’t be arraigned until he has a lawyer. Mr. Davis announced that he has retained a lawyer. Mr. Faal couldn’t be here today so Mr. Davis asked for a two-week continuance."
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Lt. Jason Johansson said Davis' statements in interviews and the recent raid on his home provided the needed evidence for his arrest.
