In a shocking incident this spring, a man from Las Vegas was arrested out of state for attempted murder after an apparent misunderstanding on an RTC bus. Dominic Johnson, 25, is now facing multiple charges, including attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon.
According to investigators, the incident began with a simple misunderstanding over some giggling on the bus. The victim and his girlfriend were apparently laughing about the smell on the bus when Johnson, without any provocation, allegedly shot the man multiple times, including in his stomach. This brutal act has left the victim in critical condition and has shocked the community.
The incident itself occurred back in May, but it wasn't until last month that Johnson was apprehended by authorities in Arkansas. He was then transferred to the Clark County Jail over the weekend.
