In recent years, Crip Mac's reputation as a street brawler has become just as compelling as his gang ties and music releases. His physical altercation with Jap5 remains one of the most talked about "jail fights" amongst the rap community in Los Angeles County. Last month, Crip Mac met with FYB J Mane at a park in L.A. County to settle a dispute like men with boxing gloves. This week, during a recent appearance on No Jumper, Crip Mac came very close to adding another fight to his ever-growing record.
The incident occurred when Adam22 and Famous Richard, a Chicagoan and self-proclaimed member of the Black Disciples gang, engaged in a heated discussion about the dangers of beefing with someone from Chicago. Things escalated when Famous Richard took offense to Adam22's nonchalant responses. After Famous Richard threatened to lay hands on the founder of No Jumper, Crip Mac stood up for his friend and dared Famous Richard to back up his threats.
