The company encourages people to submit videos of potential extraterrestrial encounters, promising the prize to the best submission. For those who don't capture any actual aliens, there's a chance to win a $500 Amazon gift card by creatively interpreting an extraterrestrial sighting on their Ring device.
The contest, which encourages participants to dress up in alien costumes and use homemade spacecrafts, coincides with Halloween and ends on November 3.
