At the end of the latest episode of ‘It Is What It Is,’ Cam’Ron asked Mase about the night Biggie Smalls died, specifically asking his co-host where he was at the moment the tragic situation occurred.
Mase revealed he was in a hotel room in Los Angeles and could not leave because he was “trapped.” The rapper said there were about “70 bloods” in the hallway of his hotel, saying, “After Big got killed, they were probably looking for more Bad Boy artists. And I couldn’t even leave the room ’til Gene Deal had to come get me.”
The show host then concluded his answer by saying, “I was left in L.A. And from that day, I always said, ‘I’m outta here.’ I was left! I came there with people; I ain’t leave with those people. You know how it goes. Find your way home.” Mase then revealed he returned to the East Coast by traveling out of Las Vegas.
