In this clip with GaTa, DJ Vlad inquired about the differences between working with Tyga and Lil Ducky. GaTa praised the transparency and community in his business dealings with Dicky, stating that everything they do feels genuine and signs of real friendship and support were prominent. GaTa learned valuable life skills from Dicky, including saving and investing money and how to buy a house. They discussed the creative and budget-friendly music video for "Save That Money." Later, they touched upon his collaboration with well-known artists like Justin Bieber. GaTa revealed that Dicky's “Pillow Talking” music video, which he funded himself, cost over a million dollars.
Later, GaTa revealed insights into the making of the popular TV show "Dave." He explained that Lil Dicky had periodically discussed his idea for a show about his own life while they toured together. That idea finally became a reality when it was picked up by FX after multiple pitches to various networks. Surprisingly, despite playing a character based on himself, GaTa had to audition for the part. He said the audition was an easygoing process mainly involving a casual conversation between him and Lil Dicky. GaTa, who was initially hesitant about portraying his struggle with bipolar disorder, eventually found sharing his story empowering. The show has attracted big-name cameos like Drake and Brad Pitt. However, due to the ongoing industry strike, GaTa could not talk about a possible fourth season.
