Garrett Morris recalled his time working with Jamie Foxx on "The Jamie Foxx Show" and expressed his high regard for the talent of the co-stars. Morris fondly remembered his co-stars' off-script hilarity, specifically Foxx's tendency to keep everyone entertained with jokes. Morris also revealed that Foxx made efforts to ensure that his co-stars continued receiving payment for an entire five-year period, even as the show's storylines evolved and certain characters were no longer featured in the script. The discussion also touched on Morris’ admiration for comedian D.L. Hughley, lauding him for his consistent boldness in expressing political views.
