Dwight Howard is admitting to having "consensual sexual activity" with two men in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The outlet reports that Howard denies sexually assaulting a man named Stephen Harper, who sued Howard over an incident that allegedly went down at Howard's home in 2021. In response to Harper's claims, Howard admitted to texting with Harper between May 2021 to July 2021, "several of which included sexually explicit content, such as photographs and videos."

Howard then addressed events that went down at his home on July 19, 2021. The former NBA star admitted that he and Harper went to his bedroom, removed their clothing, and "engaged in consensual kissing."

Howard also addressed claims that Harper didn't know that a man dressed as a woman who went by the name "Kitty" would be at Howard's home when he arrived. Howard stated in his response, "Plaintiff was aware that would also be arriving at the home prior to Plaintiff even arriving at Defendant’s home."

Howard added, "The three agreed to touch one another and to engage in consensual sexual activity." Howard has demanded the entire lawsuit be thrown out of court.
