A man named Masin Elije is speaking out amid new discoveries in Dwight Howard's sexual assault case after he filed a similar lawsuit against Howard in 2018.
This comes after the former NBA star denied assaulting Stephen Harper, who is suing the former Lakers star for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. Howard recently addressed the claims in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, where he denied the assault and stated that their relations were "consensual."
In his statement, Masin Elije stated that he hopes Harper gets justice in the situation, adding, "I believe every word!" Masin went on to speak about breaking the NDA that he claims Howard made him sign in 2018 because he feels validated after years of people calling him a liar over claims he made about Howard.
In his statement, Masin also revealed that "Kitty," the third person listed in Harper's lawsuit against Howard, harassed him in 2018. You can read his full statement above.
