In this clip, Lavar Ball talked about a lawsuit where LaMelo is being sued by a publicist over the athlete's Puma deal. The publicist sued LaMelo for $10 million, claiming the athlete signed a deal before he was drafted despite advice claiming the opposite. Lavar also accuses a person referred to as "G.J." or Germaine Jackson of underhanded practices, claiming he maneuvered a woman out of a deal in order to establish his son with Puma. Lavar maintains that Jackson intended to pocket a percentage of the profit as long as LaMelo stayed with Puma. Lavar not only voiced his anger towards Jackson but also criticized LaMelo's current entourage, suggesting they are not the right fit for his son. He vowed to rectify the situation without disrupting his son's focus on his sports career.
