Diddy took to Instagram on Tuesday (October 31) to reveal that Warner Bros. had sent him a cease and desist letter over his Joker costume from 2023.

In the video, Diddy stated, "Breaking Halloween news. Last year after I did the Black Joker, I got a bunch of emails from the studio telling me to not be the Joker anymore, that I was breaching the trademark. So I don’t know what I’m going to be this year."

He added, "But I will say to the motherf***ers that took all this time… to tell me not to be the Joker, you win. I’m not going to be the Joker this year because your ass had enough time to f*** up my motherf***ing Halloween. Now watch me."

A short while later, Diddy made a short film to reveal his look as Batman, who he called "The Darkest Knight." In the video, Batman breaks into the office of a studio executive to demand that they end the Hollywood writers strike. You can watch in full above.
