The current judge on the YSL RICO case—Ural Glanville, recently called out prosecutors on the case for what he calls “dripping and drabbing” their evidence.
The frustration from the judge also finds him calling out that the prosecution’s witness list has expanded by “nearly two-thirds.” A prosecutor then chimed in, noting they would have all their reasoning laid out on November 16.
Glanville’s frustration continued, with the judge saying, “It better be a damn good explanation or else I'm excluding all of it.” Currently, the number of defendants set to face trial is six. Watch above.
