Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., son of Attorney General Bobby Kennedy and nephew of President John F. Kennedy, recently appeared on VladTV. With roots in the renowned Kennedy family, RFK Jr. recounted personal and family stories. He spoke about his grandfather, Joseph Kennedy, his uncle Joe, who was killed in World War II, and grandfather Joseph’s legacy, including being a wealthy millionaire even during the Great Depression, his position as head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and as the owner of one of the biggest Hollywood movie studios. RFK Jr. discussed growing up in the close-knit family within the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, going horseback riding with his grandfather and having weekly dinners with his grandparents. Among many things, he also talked about his great grandfather, Rose Kennedy's father, who was the first Irish-Catholic mayor of Boston.
