Travis Scott has been trying to move forward from the tragedy that went down at his 2021 Astroworld Festival. However, it appears more legal trouble is coming towards the rapper, who is now facing a new lawsuit.

Legal documents that surfaced show that Scott and Live Nation were accused of “negligence and willful misconduct” during the festival, which allegedly resulted in the death of a teenager at the show.

A company called Ceremony of Roses is suing Scott, claiming they lost a large investment in the Astroworld Festival. The company says it incurred “substantial financial harm” because of the “negligence and will misconduct” from Scott and festival.

Ceremony of Roses provided the festival with amusements and carnival games, and they say Scott is responsible for the lack of safety measures put in place to prevent the horrific situation.

The company is reportedly asking for unspecified damages. Stay tuned for more updates.
