Marlon Wayans appeared on ‘The Breakfast Club’ and revealed that his oldest child is transgender. Wayans noted his child transitioned into a man and goes by a different name.
The comedian and actor noted that the change took time to get used to and that he would address the topic during his new comedy special ‘Rainbow Child.’
Wayans went on to say, “My daughter Amai is now Kai,” and noted that the comedy special is actually about going from being completely ignorant and in denial about the change to fully embracing Kai’s transition with “unconditional love.” Watch above.
