Robert F. Kennedy Jr. expressed views on the Kennedy family tragedies and the American voting system in a recent interview. RFK Jr., a close relative of the late John F. Kennedy Jr., admitted he was expecting his cousin on the night of his tragic plane crash in 1999. Regarding the oft-discussed "Kennedy curse," RFK Jr. said he didn't pay it much mind. The interview also touched on political issues, revealing RFK Jr.'s surprise at Al Gore's loss in 2000 and doubts surrounding the legitimacy of those election results due to voter suppression and fraud in six counties. RFK Jr. suggested a substantial overhaul of the American election system, including the requirement for paper ballots and unhackable counting machines.
