Previously, Cassie and Diddy settled an abuse lawsuit brought forth by the singer. The amount they settled for was undisclosed, and Diddy issued a statement wishing Cassie and her family all the best. Now, a lawyer for Diddy—Ben Brafman has released a statement on the now-settled suit.
Brafman’s statement said: “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims.
