Tyrese asserts that Judge Farmer's actions, such as canceling the hearing shortly before its scheduled date, demonstrate a personal bias against him. This isn't the first time Tyrese has attempted to have Judge Farmer removed from the case. In September 2022, Tyrese claimed the judge made inappropriate comments, including expressing his opinion on the child support order and making derogatory remarks about Tyrese's ex, Samantha Lee Gibson.
