The proceedings in the YSL RICO case are still in pretrial, but it appears that tensions are still running high, as Yak Gotti's attorney was seen bumping heads with the judge.
Yak Gotti's lawyer, Doug Weinstein, spoke to Judge Ural Glanville about defendants in the trial having the right to a line-of-sight view of the witnesses taking the stand. Weinstein told the judge that this could violate the rights of the defendants, and he added that it was up to the state to fix the issue.
Judge Glanville asked Weinstein, "What do you want me to do then? How am I gonna solve that?" Weinstein then responded, "I don’t know, your honor. I honestly don’t."
Judge Glanville then warned Weinstein, telling him, "I’d be really careful addressing me this way, Mr. Weinstein. I really would."
