Discussing the grand jury process, Boosie pointed out that it allows the prosecution to present evidence over an extended period with no defense to counter their claims, leading to possible prejudiced decisions. He cited a famous line that the prosecution could convict a ham sandwich in front of a grand jury, indicating its biased nature.
