Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller is wanted by the Dallas police on a charge of assault against a pregnant person, which was revealed on Thursday (November 30).
The warrant stems from an incident that occurred at about 11 am on Nov. 29, when officers were called to the 3100 block of North Harwood Street for a major disturbance. Police revealed, "The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, 34-year-old Vonnie Miller, and the victim got into a verbal argument and the suspect assaulted the victim."
Von had reportedly left the scene by the time officers arrived, and the victim, who is reported to be Miller's longtime girlfriend, was treated for her injuries at the scene.
The Bills released a statement on the matter: "This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point."
