As a certified builder contractor with over 31 years of experience, he encourages individuals to enjoy life rather than stress over it. Reflecting on this philosophy, the rapper announced his latest venture, the Vanilla Ice Brewery in Lake Worth, Florida, set to open with seven celebrity-named beers. He closes the conversation, reminiscing about recently deceased rapper Coolio, a friend he held close.
