Evander Holyfield commented on his experience of unifying the WBA and IBF belts and expressed his determination to become undisputed once more. Holyfield also addressed criticisms about his age diminishing his skills during his prime, asserting that he continued fighting like a heavyweight despite being questioned by critics. Speaking about his draw with Lewis in 1999, Holyfield claimed that he didn't feel Lewis did enough to win. He reflected on the fact that he was put in an awkward situation to fight after Lewis busted his eardrum in the second round.
