Diddy and former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre were named in another lawsuit, where they are being accused of gang-raping and sex trafficking a 17-year-old in 2003.

The lawsuit was filed in New York on Wednesday (December 6), where a woman identified as "Jane Doe," accuses Diddy, Pierre, and a "Third Assailant" of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17 years old.

The woman states that Diddy approached her in a lounge in Michigan and convinced her to get on his private jet to go to New York City. One at a studio, the woman says she was given drugs and alcohol, and then she was "viciously gang raped" "one after the other."

Douglas H. Wigdor, the attorney representing the woman, released the following statement: "As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life."

Photos included in the lawsuit have surfaced online, which appear to show the then-teenager sitting on Diddy's lap and in the studio.

On Wednesday, Diddy released a statement on social media to defend himself, writing, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."

The woman is the fourth person to accuse Diddy of sexual assault in the past few weeks. The mogul's ex-girlfriend, Cassie, filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of rape, trafficking, and violence. The suit was settled less than a week after it was filed, but two other women have accused him of assault, including one woman who says singer Aaron Hall also assaulted her.

Harve Pierre was also named in a lawsuit by a former assistant, who claims that Pierre "used his position of authority" to "groom, exploit, and sexually assault her." Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises, LLC. were named as co-defendants and have been accused of gender-motivated violence and negligence.
