Keisha Whitaker, who was married to famed actor Forest Whitaker for over 20 years before divorcing in 2018, has passed away at the age of 51.
Keisha and Forest's daughter, True, shared the news of her mother's passing on Instagram, writing, "Goodbye mommy. I love you 4ever and beyond. the most beautiful woman in the world ... thank you for teaching me every single thing I know. I'll see you in my dreams and I'll feel you in my heart." There are no details about how she died.
Forest and Keisha met on the set of the 1994 film "Blown Away," and they were married two years later. Together they share daughters Sonnet, 27, True, 25, and Autumn, 32.
