Many updates on the YSL RICO case have arrived, with the latest being that the trial has been postponed until January 2024.
News of this comes after Young Thug’s co-defendant Shannon Stillwell was stabbed while in jail. Judge Ural Glanville announced the trial would be postponed after previously issuing a recess to the trial.
Glanville spoke to the jury: “Let me go ahead and tell you where we are. Remember yesterday we recessed because one of our participants had medical issues and I was telling you about that? Well, unfortunately, that medical condition still exists. Given the length of time that we will probably address that, it might be just more prudent to recess you. An early recess. Instead of recessing you this Friday as the Court's plan was originally, I'm gonna recess you for the holidays today.” Watch above.
